Return & Refund Policy

At OneVeda, we are dedicated to providing pure, potent, and ethically sourced Ayurvedic products. We maintain strict quality checks to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our 100% natural, consumable wellness products, we have a focused policy on returns and refunds.

1. Conditions for Return & Replacement

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.

A product is only eligible for return, replacement, or refund if it meets one of the following conditions:

  1. Damaged in Transit: The product arrives visibly damaged or tampered with (e.g., seal broken, packaging crushed).

  2. Wrong Product Delivered: The product you received is different from what you ordered.

  3. Manufacturing Defect: The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect (e.g., defective dispenser, incorrect dosage on packaging).

  4. Expired Product: The product received is past its expiry date or near expiry (less than 3 months remaining on the expiry date).

2. Process to Initiate a Return/Replacement Claim

You must raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery of the product.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the name of the product, and a detailed reason for the claim.

  3. Visual Proof is Mandatory: To process a claim for damage, defect, or wrong product, you must provide clear photographic proof of the product and the damaged outer packaging. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video of your shipment for any claims related to damage or missing items.

  4. Claim Vetting: Our team will review your claim and photo/video evidence. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (at our expense) or instruct you on how to return the product.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received by our warehouse and verified to meet the eligibility criteria (unopened, unused, in original condition, with intact packaging/seals, and matching the approved claim reason).

Note on Refund Crediting: Once initiated, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.). The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account is subject to your bank's processing time.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Conditions

We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request under the following circumstances:

  • The product is returned after the 48-hour claim window.

  • The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed.

  • The original packaging, seals, labels, or batch numbers are missing or tampered with.

  • The request is based on "change of mind," or dissatisfaction with the product's taste, texture, or natural fragrance, as these variations are inherent to 100% natural Ayurvedic formulations.

  • The product was purchased during a sale, promotion, or clearance event (unless damaged or defective).

5. Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation by Customer:

  • You may cancel your order only if it has NOT been shipped from our warehouse.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately via phone or email, quoting your Order Number.

  • Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

B. Cancellation by OneVeda:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, if there are inaccuracies in product/pricing information, or for any other reason related to unexpected business constraints. A full refund will be processed promptly if OneVeda initiates the cancellation.
